We are thrilled again this year to send Amazon gift cards to Diamond Children's Hospital's sixth floor for pediatric oncology patients to decorate their rooms while they undergo a bone marrow transplant (BMT). Janie spent 6 weeks in Diamond Children's Hospital located in Tucson and was gifted a card to help decorate her room. Her BMT birthday was November 18th so every year we send Amazon gift cards to the hospital.

Thought we'd fill you in on a couple of updates. Christmas 2024 was quite merry. We were able to help fulfill an angel family's Christmas wishlist. It was so humbling to be able to provide some much needed support for a single mother and her son over the holiday season .  An Uber Eats gift card was sent to a family of a young adult, age 24 and soon to be college graduate majoring in education, who had an 8-inch mass in her abdomen. It was a fun-filled family event on September 28, 2024 that brought the community together in support of local families battling childhood cancer. The event hosted food, a kid's zone with inflatable obstacle course and games and of course your everyday superheroes in full costume.

The Janiestrong Foundation is proud to support the National Grace Foundation in their efforts to provide FREE college admissions and financial aid counseling to pediatric cancer patients and survivors. The National Grace Foundation was founded to give back to everyone that helped when the founders' daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of pediatric cancer. Zoom meetings were held throughout the year to support our juniors and seniors at C4K with comprehensive services to help our pediatric cancer fighters go to college and make it financially feasible.

The Janiestrong Foundation donated to the Baller Dream Foundation which provides various levels of support to alleviate stressors families encounter throughout their cancer journey. Serving children and young adults aged 0-29, they develop lasting relationships to create an environment where kids feel supported, families feel connected, and communities feel inspired.
