We were able to purchase Christmas gifts for a single mother and her 6 year-old son for the holidays. The family lost their 8 year old son and brother earlier in the year to cancer. Christmas is the pinnacle holiday of the year. More than any other celebration, it is the day for family and friends, kindness and generosity. It is the day for love. Amazon gift cards for Bone Marrow Transplant Patients at Banner

Janie received her bone marrow transplant at Banner Hospital in Tucson, AZ on November 17, 2017. Her oldest brother, Jansen, was her stem cell donor. In honor of her transplant birthday month, we sent Amazon gift cards for the patients to decorate their hospital rooms.

Candlelighters' Halloween Bash

Every Halloween, Candlelighters put on an amazing Halloween Bash for their families. It was held this year at Allegiant Stadium. The Janiestrong Foundation sponsored a trunk for trick or treating. The Patonai Family decorated for the event and what a great job they did. A fun time was had by all.

Amanda Hope Rainbow Angel's mission is to bring dignity and comfort into the harsh world of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Ellen got to know the Founder and CEO, Lorraine Tallman, through her involvement at Cure 4 The Kids. Even though, the nonprofit makes their home in Phoenix, they have not forgotten about families in Nevada. Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels donates sandwiches daily for patients and their families while at clinic.
